• Design Conceptualization: Conduct a collaborative vendor walk-through to accurately forecast event design, spatial layout, and styling elements.

• Aesthetic Development: Create a customized L+S design board, outlining the visual theme, color palette, and overall aesthetic vision.

• Appointment Management: Attend all critical vendor appointments (e.g., floral, catering, rentals) as required to maintain design coherence

Phase 3: Logistics & Coordination

• Detailed Timeline Creation: Develop a comprehensive wedding day timeline, a detailed vendor schedule, and a complete wedding party contact list for efficient management of all details.

• Guest & Program Coordination: Assist with the development of the ceremony program content and the assignment of seating charts.

• Event Scheduling: Create a refined event schedule specifically designed for the wedding party and immediate family to ensure smooth participation.

Phase 4: Rehearsal & Event Day Execution

• Rehearsal Direction: Conduct and facilitate the full wedding rehearsal and formal ceremony logistics on the day prior to the wedding.

• Ceremony Alignment: Review and coordinate the ceremony details with the officiant(s), wedding party, and all associated vendors.

• Vendor Oversight: Manage and oversee all vendor load-in and set-up at the ceremony location to ensure punctual and accurate execution of the event plan.
